Strong Opinions, Weakly Held

“We are never right. We can only be sure we are wrong.” - Richard P Feynman

I make compelling arguments about things that matter, and then tell you the myriad ways I might be wrong.

In a world of polarizing black and white thinking, SOWH is designed to help you to see the gray, make nuanced arguments, and make more informed and rational decisions about things that matter.

By virtue of doing this, I hope that it will, over time, also stimulate more nuanced conversations in a departure from the partisan journalism, and the tribal rhetoric we find on Twitter.

I'll be unpacking things that matter in business and entrepreneurship, politics, media and technology, and will occasionally delve into broadly applicable life lessons.

Mostly though, I’ll be tackling important issues that most people are too scared to touch - but need to touch, and offering deep, substantiated, thought-provoking, and, as best as I can, unbiased insights.

My name is Steve Glaveski and I’m the founder of NoFilter Media, Collective Campus, and Lemonade Stand.

I’ve published several books, including Time Rich (Wiley 2020) and Employee to Entrepreneur (Wiley 2019), and have contributed half a dozen articles to Harvard Business Review. You might have previously come across my work on Medium, or read my uber-popular articles The Case for the 6-Hour Workday, or The Five Levels or Remote Work.

When I’m not writing, I’m trying to surf, working out, or reading.
